SHIPPING & RETURNS
All prices listed on our website are in AUD (Australian Dollars).
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 12pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day.

Standard Shipping is $9.95 for all orders under $30.
Standard Shipping is FREE when you spend over $30.
Express Shipping costs may vary - please contact seller to organise express shipping via email
Standard shipping within Australia takes 3 - 7 business days depending on your location and the day your order is processed.
Express Postage delivers the next business day in Australia Post Express Post next business day delivery network.
We will email a tracking number once the parcel has been posted. You can track your order at www.auspost.com/track
Lost or stolen parcels are not covered by insurance.
General Shipping Terms & Conditions
We recommend you use your work/business address as parcels are ordinarily delivered during business hours.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are sent back to us due to them being uncollected. We will hold all returned parcels for a period of 10 days from the date that we receive them. We are more than happy to re-send returned parcels, with all new shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer. If we do not receive a response within this period we will issue a refund less a 20% restocking and administration fee.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are not received, lost or stolen. Please note however that all attempts will be made to ensure that you do receive your parcel.
Please ensure that your address is correct before proceeding with your order. Toasty Warm Australia cannot take responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect addressing and is not liable to replace stock. If you realise you have made a mistake please contact us and all efforts will be made to help resolve any issues.
Delivery times may increase during peak times. Please allow an extra 5 business days during these periods.
Although we have systems in place to monitor stock levels closely there may be some occasions when an item is sold out at the time of purchase. If this does happen we will contact you via email. You will be invited to either make another selection or a full refund will be offered.

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date for change of mind purchases.
You must contact us via email to request an exchange or refund. No exchanges or refunds will be processed after 20 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for all new shipping costs for refunds and exchanges. If you require a refund we will process the refund once we have received the returned goods. If you require an exchange please include a prepaid express satchel in your exchange package.
Returned/exchanged goods must be unused, undamaged, and with tags still intact and in their original package.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange/refund. Include your order number, name & brief explanation/statement. We will send you a reply with further instructions.
You will be offered an exchange or refund for faulty stock. Please contact us immediately if you receive faulty stock. Toasty Warm Australia products are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched.
